About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Bulgaria. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the operational backbone of our sales organization - owning the quote-to-signature deal flow, enabling our sales reps to move faster and more accurately, and generating the analysis that shapes how we price, sell, and report on performance.
This is a hands-on role with high visibility across the company. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing leaders to keep deals moving, surface insights, and drive the process changes that let us scale. If you are curious by nature, energized by a fast-paced environment, and motivated by turning messy operational problems into repeatable systems, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Quote-to-signature ownership
- Own end-to-end deal processing for the global sales organization, from initial quote through signed contract and hand-off to Finance.
- Review and validate deal structures, pricing, and contract terms to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and alignment with internal approval thresholds.
- Administer and continuously improve our quoting and e-signature tooling, shortening cycle times while reducing errors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales reps needing help moving deals through the pipeline.
Sales enablement
- Train and support sales reps on tools, processes, pricing, and contracting to drive consistency and confidence in execution.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date playbooks and documentation covering workflows, approvals, and common deal scenarios.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to support complex or non-standard deals.
Pricing and contracting
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to implement pricing strategies, discount policies, and packaging updates.
- Update and maintain contract templates, quoting frameworks, and approval workflows.
- Monitor pricing applications in the field and provide insights to inform future policy improvements.
Reporting, analytics, and ad hoc analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on sales team performance, pipeline health, conversion, and productivity.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis for sales leadership, including deep dives on rep performance, segment trends, and deal economics.
- Translate data into clear recommendations that help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.
Change management and continuous improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in existing sales processes and lead the design, rollout, and adoption of improvements.
- Communicate changes clearly and proactively, making sure reps and stakeholders understand the what, the why, and the how.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that connect Sales with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
What to Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of deal processing, quote-to-cash workflows, or sales reporting in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn raw data into structured insight and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; confident partnering with senior stakeholders.
- A naturally inquisitive mindset - you ask “why”, you dig into data, and you are not satisfied with surface-level answers.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-change environment and a proven ability to drive adoption of new processes.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Hands-on experience with PandaDoc or a comparable quoting and e-signature tool.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker or a comparable BI tool.
- Exposure to change management frameworks or a track record of leading process rollouts.
What we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team and also enjoy:
- Premium health insurance, including dental coverage.
- 25 days of annual paid leave.
- An additional day off to celebrate your birthday.
- 3 paid volunteering days per year.
- Full compensation for the first 3 days of sick leave.
- Hybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite).
- Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle.
- Learning and development opportunities.
- Regular team events and celebrations to foster connection and collaboration.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be happy to talk soon! Apply now!
