Junior RevOps Specialist (part-time)
OfficeRnD
Sofia, Bulgaria
About Us:
OfficeRnD has one mission: making flexible and hybrid working the norm, rather than an option. We started building our SaaS platform back in 2015 to support the future of work. We believe that offering freedom and flexibility is the key to providing a better workspace experience — and that's what enables us to develop products that matter, for our customers and the world.
The company has offices in Bulgaria, the USA, the UK, and Australia, and our teammates are the ones getting us to the top in our market niche. If you're passionate about technology, come and join us!
About the Role:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20h work week). Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and working alongside our team leads, you will help keep deals moving by supporting the quote-to-signature process and the day-to-day execution of pricing and contracting.
What You'll Do:
Quote-to-signature support
- Support day-to-day deal processing for the customer team, helping move quotes through to signed contracts accurately and on time.
- Prepare and review quotes in our CRM (Hubspot) and e-signature tools (PandaDoc), checking for correct pricing, products, and contract terms before they go out.
- Help Sales and Customer Success team members troubleshoot issues with quotes, contracts, and the tools they use to close business.
- Track deals in flight and flag anything that is stuck or needs attention from deal leads.
Pricing and contracting support
- Help roll out pricing, discount, and packaging changes by updating quote templates, contract templates, and supporting documentation.
- Spot-check how pricing and discounts are being applied across deals and flag inconsistencies.
- Keep internal references (playbooks, FAQs, approval matrices) up to date so reps always have the latest guidance.
What to Bring:
- Prior exposure to a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Basic experience with a CRM. Hubspot is our choice.
- Basic experience with a quoting and e-signature tool. We use PandaDoc.
- Basic experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool.
- A track record of supporting process rollouts.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for getting things right — contracts and quotes are not a place for typos.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- A naturally inquisitive mindset — you ask “why”, you dig into details, and you are not satisfied with surface-level answers.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
What we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team and also enjoy:
- Premium health insurance, including dental coverage.
- 25 days of annual paid leave.
- An additional day off to celebrate your birthday.
- 3 paid volunteering days per year.
- Full compensation for the first 3 days of sick leave.
- Hybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite).
- Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle.
- Learning and development opportunities.
- Regular team events and celebrations to foster connection and collaboration.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be happy to talk soon! Apply now!
