As the Head of Partnerships with a specialized focus on the SMB space, you will leverage your extensive partnerships experience to identify, negotiate, and execute collaborations that align with Oxygen's vision and business objectives. Your primary emphasis will be on identifying potential partners keen on integrating with Oxygen's platform, specifically targeting the SMB sector, and forging mutually beneficial collaborations.
Responsibilities
- SMB-Centric Partnership Identification: Utilize your expertise and industry knowledge to pinpoint potential partners within the SMB sphere who can complement and enhance Oxygen's product and service offerings.
- Tailored Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, tailoring collaboration terms to suit the unique needs and objectives of SMBs, fostering growth, innovation, and long-term value for both parties involved.
- Streamlined Review Processes: Coordinate internal and external reviews of potential partnerships, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and overall strategic goals, with special attention to the SMB market.
- Strategic Business Development: Apply your well-honed business development skills to attract new partners within the SMB sector, thereby expanding Oxygen's network of strategic alliances in this space.
- Customized Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with legal and executive teams to draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms that align with company policies, particularly tailored for SMB interactions.
- Relationship Management Tailored for SMBs: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with SMB partners to foster mutual trust, successful collaboration, and ongoing growth in this crucial sector.
- SMB-Focused Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify potential areas of growth and strategic partnership opportunities within the SMB space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in strategic partnerships with a notable focus on SMBs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrable ability to close deals that drive business growth, particularly within the SMB market.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of partnership agreements and legal frameworks, with a specialized understanding of SMB interactions.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners at various levels, with a focus on SMB interactions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a dedicated focus on driving results and exceeding expectations, especially within the SMB context.
- Strong analytical skills to assess potential partnerships from both financial and strategic perspectives, with a keen eye on SMB-related opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
