Responsibilities:
- Expand the design & functionality of our core Python engine and associated class libraries;
- Assist the design and implementation of our Django front-end interface;
- Create additional tools for product deployment, testing and client operational management Implement novel network/algorithm flow visualization and interaction features;
- Aid in the addition/integration of new financial content sets;
- Add to our SQL/Python data management capabilities;
- Actively participate in product demos and marketing with client prospects;
- Hire and manager the team of backend developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining high availability distributed software systems;
- Experience in developing backend architecture and the whole development strategy for customer products or services;
- Experience and deep knowledge of AWS technologies at scale in a production environment;
- Experienced with Continuous Integration and Deployment process;
- Strong server-side development experience in Python in the Django;
- Strong experience in identifying and resolving root causes of software defects;
- Ability to write and enforce logical and maintainable code;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams;
- English (Fluent or Advanced).
