Job Description

As part of our hyper-growth strategy, we are recruiting an Community Marketing Builder to grow and expand our first Pasqal community. With this community, we aim to become the standards for learners, developer and researchers.

A key component of our community's success is coordinating activities and ensuring active engagement. The Community Marketing Builder will take ownership of the strategy, planning, and execution of collaborative efforts to foster a vibrant and dynamic community.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Community Development: Build and grow Pasqal’s community, setting the standard for learners, developers, and researchers in quantum technology.
  
• Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies to engage community members, fostering a vibrant and active community
  
• Content Creation: Support content development that educates and inspires the community about quantum computing and Pasqal’s technology.
  
• Events and Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, webinars (Livestorm), workshops, and other activities to drive engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improve community initiatives.

About you

You graduated from a Master’s degree in Marketing/Growth Marketing or Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing learning communities, programs, and marketing campaigns for educational functions in a tech or deeptech context.

Hard skills :

• Experience in working with marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics, content creation tools (written and/or visual)
• Similar marketing experience is a plus, passion to develop communities is highly appreciated

Soft skills :

• Technical and Community Passion: strong passion for the technical aspects of hacking and its community
• Strong communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High inclination towards collaboration and experience in working cross-departments
• Curiosity to learn, ask questions and build meaningful relationships and programs
• Be responsive to change and increase in pace
• Bold in your approach, immersed and fast in execution
