The Revi Role 👩💻 👨🏾💻
As an Implementation Manager at Revi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and success of our new partners. You'll be responsible for orchestrating the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to partners to ensure they unlock the full potential of our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer-centric professional who is passionate about helping businesses succeed in the digital landscape.
What You’ll do 👷🏾♂️
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, including coordinating kick-off meetings, setting expectations, and outlining the onboarding timeline.
- Conduct thorough orientations to educate partners on Revi's platform features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Develop tailored onboarding plans based on the specific needs and goals of each partner.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to gather partner requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to onboarding and beyond.
- Communicate partner feedback and feature requests to relevant internal teams for product enhancement.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to partners on how to maximize the value they gain from Revi's platform.
- Identify opportunities for partners to improve their online reputation management strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of partner onboarding, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Conduct post-launch assessments to measure partner satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What we expect you’ll bring to the role: 😎
- Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of online reputation management, social media, and review platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
