About The Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Revi, you will use your product knowledge and technical expertise of Revi products to support our Partner Success team with technical support, troubleshooting and fixing any Partner escalations. You would also be responsible for building telemetry dashboards, triggers and alerts for monitoring our production systems (backend, web, mobile) and escalating to leadership.

To thrive as a SRE for Revi, you are resilient, motivated to deliver high-quality troubleshooting to our partners, and excel in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your Revi product knowledge and collaboration skills to support the Revi Partner Success team with all Partner escalations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms to our PS team for quick resolution.
  • Work to meet SLA and SLO for Partner escalations.
  • Build telemetry dashboards to monitor our product offerings and build alerts for early detection and resolution of potential issues.
  • Collaboration is key! Work seamlessly with your colleagues to ensure every partner gets the support they need.
  • Expand your knowledge of Revi’s hardware and software weekly through professional development time, training, knowledgebase articles, and the experience gained from performing the role.
  • Conduct Revi procedures to escalate and coordinate the partner response per Revi values.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in software engineering, and you’ve worked in an SRE capacity for 2+ years.
  • You’ve previously participated in a production on-call rotation for a fast growing startup or a medium to late organization with well-defined SLAs.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in modern software development such as deployments, CI/CD, data management, security, and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments, Web and/or Mobile development.
