We are looking for a Senior pre-sales consultant for one of our portfolio company.

Job Summary:

Senior pre-sales consultant will facilitate pre-sales activities by presenting Yana DMS to our prospects and customers. The candidate must thoroughly understand the customer's business objectives and requirements to articulate how Yana DMS will be a strategic fit in playing an essential role in the digital transformation journey.

The candidate will assist the sales team in gathering customer business requirements, preparing presentation demos, scripts, and tendering documentation. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter keen to challenge the status quo and take pre-sales consulting to the next level. He/she must provide strategic and tactical recommendations to drive sales pipelines. In addition, this role requires travel to understand regional market opportunities better and provide pre-sales consulting excellence in the service.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with prospects and customers to understand their key business issues and recommend suitable solutions
  • Lead technical discussions with our software and service partners to deliver superior solutions that best address customer-critical business issues
  • Prepare and present impressive demos, proofs of concept, and other materials to demonstrate how Technosoft's solutions focus on providing superior solutions based on customer requirements
  • Manage and coordinate technical responses to customer tenders, RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, and other similar requests, as well as provide professional feedback on solution-related requests
  • Work closely with the sales team in all aspects of customer engagements and our regional solution development teams to provide best-in-class solutions to our clients.
  • Develop long-term and trustworthy relationships with customers

  • Provide technical qualifications by demonstrating the capability to advise on
  • potential technical risks and opportunities in the future

Skills and Experience Required:

  • BA BS degree, MBA is preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting of enterprise-level IT
  • solutions
  • Experience in preparing RFP compliance tables and technical solution
  • proposals
  • Experience in the automotive retail industry is preferred
  • Obtain English and German fluency in both speaking and writing
  • Deep technical understanding and experience in IT enterprise solution pre-
  • sales or consulting are essential
  • Competence in CRM, ERP, and mobile solutions
  • Expertise in the automotive industry or related fields such as distribution or
  • manufacturing
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Customer Engagement (CRM), Finance & Operations (AX), and CRM system
  • configuration or customization is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to engage
  • customers and prospects by demonstrating Technosoft's values in our

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and different time zones
  • Willing to travel extensively (50%)
