The Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team in Belgrade. You’ll play a key role in developing cutting-edge algorithms and systems that power real-time vision applications, contributing to products that redefine how the world sees and interacts with technology. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of office and remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, segmentation, recognition and object tracking.

• Develop and integrate real-time image and video processing systems into products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.

• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate to achieve state-of-the-art results.

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI and computer vision technologies and integrate relevant innovations into projects.

• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for deployed systems.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).

• Strong foundation in computer vision, deep learning, and image processing techniques.

• Proficiency in general programming and algorithm development, with experience in Python, C++, or similar programming languages.

• Three years of experience with frameworks such as TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenVino or OpenCV library.

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and familiarity with relevant tools and libraries.

• Proven experience in deploying vision algorithms in real-world applications.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with edge computing and hardware acceleration (e.g., GPUs, FPGAs).

• Experience with 3D computer vision, SLAM, or multi-view geometry.

• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment strategies.

• Strong understanding of optimization and computational efficiency techniques.
