Project Manager
The Project Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs across clients and internal operations. This position combines hands on project coordination with governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring that multi stream initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with organisational objectives.
In this role, you will manage multiple, interrelated projects and initiatives, ensuring effective prioritisation, risk management, and resource allocation across teams and partners. You will establish robust governance frameworks, define project objectives, and implement structured reporting mechanisms to maintain visibility and accountability across all stakeholders.
Reporting to the VP of Delivery, you will act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment between project outcomes and strategic business goals. You will also mentor internal teams, driving consistent adoption of best-in-class project management practices across the organisation.
This role requires deep expertise in project management, including managing complex timelines, interdependencies and RISK. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are critical, as you will be responsible for maintaining alignment, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results across diverse project.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple interrelated projects.
- Ensure effective prioritisation, coordination, and allocation of resources across projects and teams.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including risk management, reporting, and escalation processes.
- Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and manage inter-team communication to ensure alignment with objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Facilitate decision-making, manage escalations, and provide transparent reporting to leadership and clients.
- Build strong relationships with delivery teams, partners, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
Process & Governance
- Implement structured project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to standards for risk, change, quality, and financial controls.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Foster a culture of high performance.
- Promote consistent adoption of project and program management best practices across the organisation.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream projects.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, governance, and reporting practices.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and partner organisations effectively.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, within technology or consulting environments.
