Role Overview: We are seeking a QA Specialist with strong Dart programming experience—especially in the context of Flutter or cross-platform app development—to audit evaluation tasks completed by Data Annotators. You will review whether annotators have correctly assessed AI-generated Dart code, tested functionality, and provided valid proof-of-work. Your insights will help ensure code quality and accuracy within AI model training pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated Dart code snippets.
• Verify adherence to guidelines for instruction-following and correctness.
• Validate annotator-submitted proof-of-work for code functionality, UI structure, and responsiveness.
• Identify issues in logic, structure, or annotator assessment accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to maintain annotation quality.
• Collaborate with QA leads to align on evaluation standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Dart programming, ideally in mobile or UI-focused projects using Flutter.
• Solid understanding of Dart syntax, state management, widget structure, and debugging.
• Experience validating app logic, layout behavior, and cross-platform consistency.
• Familiarity with code testing, emulator usage, and dev tools in Dart/Flutter environments.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in annotation QA, reviewing AI-generated code, or RLHF workflows.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, modular architecture, or Flutter testing libraries.
• Ability to quickly identify and correct frontend/UI-related issues.
