Sweatcoin is looking for a Social Media Manager with a growth mindset and a unique set of skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a proactive attitude, able to lead and own all the Sweatcoin social media processes.

You Will:

  • Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter) to drive Sweatcoin user acquisition & engagement and incorporate them into Sweatcoin Growth Engine powered by referrals and creators, while staying true to Sweatcoin's mission to make 1 billion people healthy
  • Fully own and lead the social media management process to ensure positive results. Including staying up to date on social media trends and best practices, planning, creating (and/or sourcing) content, and engaging with the community
  • Utilize UGC and community challenges to drive engagement and growth
  • Analyze social media metrics to inform and optimize strategies and campaigns
  • Experiment with new tactics to improve social media performance
  • Work closely with the growth and product teams to help integrate social media into our growth engine to optimise growth and engagement.

You are:

  • Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Media with a focus on building and grow engaged communities (experience working with apps/health tech is a plus)
  • Fluent in English, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Open to working independently, and willing to collaborate with the wider Growth Marketing and Sweatcoin team

You have:

  • A proven track record of building and engaging a community across a multitude of social platforms globally
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok & Instagram
  • An ability to execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Nice to have skills: graphic design and experience with Figma, video editing, and creation.
