About the Role:

Step into the role of Media/Advertising Agency Development Manager, where you'll be at the heart of our quest to secure significant media and advertising opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our journey toward major brand partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing programs.

We're looking for you if:

• You have 2-3 years of experience in agency development, preferably on the agency or publisher side.

• You're comfortable engaging with media planners, account managers, and even VPs.

• Ideally, you have existing relationships within the agency realm and a talent for selling across various categories, particularly in the B2B2C domain.

• Ability to build relationships in-person & remote with the world’s largest media agencies.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Nurturing and expanding agency partnerships for sponsorships, co-marketing, and advertising opportunities.

• Creating a strong pipeline of brand marketing prospects, targeting an average deal size of $15,000-$20,000 USD.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

• Supporting and working with teams focused on performance marketing to achieve holistic growth.

• Keeping a watchful eye on the market to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Key Deliverables:

• Quickly scale and maintain a pipeline to meet an annual target of approximately $500,000+ USD.

• Secure deal sizes significantly larger than our current average, driving growth for the organization.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships, making Sweatcoin the preferred partner for sponsorship and co-marketing discussions.
