About the Role:

Step into the role of Head of Affiliate Advertising Agencies, where you'll be at the heart of our quest to secure advertising and media dollars from affiliate and performance advertising agencies. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our journey toward major affiliate relationships, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing programs.

We're looking for you if:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in agency development/partnerships, preferably on the agency or publisher side.
  • You're comfortable engaging with senior performance/brand marketers, account managers, and publisher development managers.
  • Ideally, you have existing relationships within the agency realm and a talent for identifying opportunities across various categories.
  • Ability to build relationships in-person & remotely with the world’s largest performance marketing agencies & affiliate platforms, examples include: Commission Junction, Acceleration Partners, Gen3, and Rakuten.
  • Prior experience and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms like Awin and Impact.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of performance/affiliate marketing and advertising.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Nurturing and expanding agency partnerships for performance marketing and branded opportunities.
  • Managing and optimizing existing accounts/campaigns for maximum performance and overall growth.
  • Establishing a reliable process for weekly/monthly revenue forecasting to monitor the business and communicate it with the broader commercial partnerships team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Supporting and working with teams focused on performance marketing to achieve holistic growth.
  • Keeping a watchful eye on the market to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Building and retaining a portfolio of agencies working with high-profile clients that meet our ideal customer profiles.
  • Onboarding agencies to our processes and our offering - you will work closely with them to ensure they not only understand how Sweatcoin works but also have a detailed understanding of all our campaign types, so that they can accurately present different opportunities to their clients.
  • Regularly reviewing and assessing agency relationships to maximize value back to Sweatcoin including rates, offers, revenue shares, and exclusive arrangements.
  • Nurturing relationships with agencies so they can become Sweatcoin champions - not only will this reflect in the way they present Sweatcoin, but we want to be top of mind for when new opportunities from their clients come along.

Key Deliverables:

  • Analyzing/reviewing existing business and building relationships with top existing partners.
  • Formulating a documented strategy for revenue retention, scalability, and growth as well as identifying key performance markers/milestones.
  • Establishing a regular cadence of reporting to inform Sweatcoin stakeholders on the overall performance of the agency partnerships broken down by key metrics, business drivers, opportunities, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Securing deal sizes significantly larger than our current average, driving growth for the organization.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships, making Sweatcoin the preferred partner for advertising discussions.
  • Growing/expanding Sweatcoin’s presence with top affiliate/performance agencies through regular meetings, conferences, and education.
