About the opportunity

We are seeking a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team, where you’ll be at the heart of cultivating a workplace that fuels growth and innovation. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, from recruitment and engagement to performance management and beyond. What you’ll be doing

People and Culture:

  • Uphold and actively promote the company’s core values in every aspect of our operations.

  • Identify, plan, and oversee team-building initiatives and events to boost employee engagement and morale.

  • Create channels for employee feedback, maintaining a pulse on employee satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Manage and enhance the company’s performance management processes, including relevant training and follow-up.

  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and recognize achievements.

  • Develop training programs aimed at skill enhancement and career development.

  • Facilitate mentorship opportunities to support professional growth.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs, draft job descriptions, and oversee the applicant tracking system.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive hiring plan, including recruitment strategies and improving candidate experiences.

  • Coordinate and refine onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.

Strategic HR:

  • Build and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, device management, and HR software systems.

  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.

  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect evolving business needs and industry best practices.
