About the opportunity
Sydecar is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. In this high impact role, you will lead paid media campaigns, optimize customer acquisition through CRM, and develop personalized, automated email campaigns tailored to our ICP. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to execute multi-channel campaigns, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize for maximum ROI.
We’re looking for a results-driven marketer with B2B growth marketing experience, a proven track record of meeting growth targets, and expertise in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. This is a hybrid role based in our New York office, requiring in-office attendance two days per week.
What you'll do
Collaborate with our ad agency to lead paid media campaigns across social platforms and search engines (SEM), including strategy development, campaign execution, budget management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
Optimize new customer acquisition through CRM by designing and executing personalized email nurture campaigns to improve conversion rates and guide prospects through the customer funnel.
Develop automated campaigns tailored to segmented audiences based on persona, behavior, and stage in the user journey, to drive qualified lead volume.
Track and report on CRM KPIs, including list growth, campaign performance, and conversion metrics (MQL/SQL), using data to continuously improve future campaigns.
Lead the creation and A/B testing of email templates and drip campaigns to drive investor engagement, leveraging insights to refine messaging and optimize results.
Work cross-functionally to launch multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with members from our advertising, content, design, sales, and product teams.
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing.
2 years working in B2B marketing.
Experience setting marketing KPIs, identifying key drivers of success, and managing performance to those goals.
Proven track record of achieving growth targets while optimizing CAC/ROAS, meeting timelines, and managing budgets.
Hands-on experience managing key B2B paid channels, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Strong background in CRM and marketing automation tools, especially Hubspot.
Experience managing marketing agencies or contractors.
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality analysis to derive meaningful insights for future initiatives.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work on schedule.
Bonus if you have
Experience in a B2B fintech startup.
Experience with Framer.
Advanced data knowledge including SQL.
Experience in or passion for the VC and private markets space.
