Along the way, you’ll play a key role in helping Zopa modernise, automate, and elevate its data capabilities.

- Lead and develop the team - manage a small group of collections analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth.
- Monitor and respond to outcomes - track changes in collections, customer, and credit performance, proactively identifying risks or opportunities and driving the right actions.
- Drive strategy through insight - turn data into strategies that optimise portfolio performance, shape policy, and deliver fair, effective outcomes for customers, while exploring how AI and advanced analytical techniques can unlock new opportunities.
- Champion reporting and visibility - ensure robust dashboards and reporting tools are in place to monitor key KPIs, highlight trends, and inform senior decision-making.
- Partner across the business - collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance to align strategies that balance customer outcomes with commercial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement - take ownership of reviewing and enhancing collections processes and analytics workflows, modernising how we operate while encouraging automation, scalability, and innovation to deliver more efficient and effective outcomes.
About you
- Leadership & people development - you’re keen to grow as a people manager, supporting and developing analysts in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer and operations focus - you’re passionate about delivering better outcomes for customer in financial difficulty and thrive in the dynamic, fast-moving world of Operations.

- Technical toolkit - you bring strong SQL skills (Python a bonus) and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Problem-solving with impact - you’re curious and analytical, able to translate business problems into solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
