In our energetic Revenue team, we have experts who are dedicated to maximizing the value of our products, and our loyal customer base, targeting new logos and services for our customers, while also driving revenue growth for our company. Our cutting-edge product ensures customer satisfaction and zero churns. The revenue team contains sales, sales operations & marketing teams to identify new opportunities and ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible value from our offerings.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Sales Process & Lead Generation
Follow guidelines and priorities from the country AE to prospect contacts and accounts within sales territory according to a well-defined, timed plan.
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to the leads part of the country AE portfolio.
Build and maintain a library of Linkedin & email templates, both generic and vertical-specific, linked to appropriate content.
Engage in social platforms like LinkedIn, amongst others, to identify persona and connect with prospects.
Qualify opportunities by assessing the value drivers fit.
Follow the defined sales process stages that may include: qualification, pain and needs assessment, product presentation, objection handling, and closing, etc. (MEDDIC based approach).
Utilize Hubspot to track progress through the sales pipeline.
Efficient communication & Customer Relationship Management
Stay updated on product features and use cases.
Be able to articulate product value propositions to potential customers.
Demonstrate effective phone and email communication skills.
Be able to conduct product demos and presentations with clarity and enthusiasm.
Build and nurture relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards in all sales interactions.
Collect feedback from customers during and after the sales process.
Share insights with the Goodays relevant teams that may help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Support marketing activities and events in coordination with the country AE and the Marketing team and partners.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and customer responses.
Collaborate on messaging alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Metrics, KPIs and performance management
Regularly review with the country AE their personal KPIs and country metrics.
Participate in regular performance reviews and goal-setting discussions with the International Sales Ops Manager
Act on feedback and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
Training and Development
Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Seek mentorship and coaching from experienced sales professionals.
Desired Education & Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in software sales including at least 1 year in SaaS solutions
Knowledge of some of our customers’ industries is a plus
Knowledge of SPIN and challenger sales is a plus
Flexibility and understanding of the culture of a fast-paced, commercially oriented tech company
Very responsive and service-oriented attitude, used to working in an international environment, motivated by action
Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
Collaborative team player combined with the ability to work independently
Practical sense and intelligence of the customer relationship
Willingness to make a difference, driven by our social impact in the retail world
Fluent Spanish speaker, English proficiency
The International ISR primarily reports to their direct manager, the Country Account Executive, for day-to-day activities, but they also have a secondary reporting dotted-line to the International Sales Ops Manager to follow up with metrics and KPIs and ensure alignment with the global sales operations goals. While the ISR takes direction from their immediate manager for daily tasks, they collaborate with Sales Ops to address broader operational initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration of their activities within the overall sales operations framework.
