Tasks
Your Mission
As a full stack Growth Marketeer, your mission is to lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will assist in managing digital and traditional marketing channels, ensure consistent brand messaging, and contribute to optimizing customer engagement. By closely collaborating with Marketing Manager and the cross-functional teams, leveraging creative and analytical skills, and embracing a hands-on approach, you will play a key role in delivering measurable results and enhancing our brand’s presence in the market.
What you will do
1. LinkedIn – organic posting and management
- Own and manage Oper’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand posts.
- Plan, schedule, and execute organic LinkedIn campaigns, including thought leadership content, company updates, and event highlights.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, analyzing performance to continuously optimize content.
2. Ads management and optimization
- Plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel paid advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Continuously monitor ad performance, adjusting bids, creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Test new ad formats and channels to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Content creation, design, and launch
- Create and execute cross-channel content, such as webinars, reports, blogs, newsletters, e-mail campaigns and case studies, aligned with our target audience’s needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and impactful content.
- Track performance through relevant metrics, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and engagement tracking. Use data insights to refine future content strategies.
4. SEO and Website Management
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to target high-intent keywords.
- Manage website updates, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with branding and marketing goals.
- Monitor website performance and analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements
What you will bring
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or start-up/scale-up environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn content management and paid ads.
- Proficiency in content creation across channels (e.g., design tools like Canva, Figma).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in start-ups and enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with SEO and PPC strategies.
- English is a must, German a nice-to-have, any other European Language is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
